Register for a Serial Number at the DevPower Online Shop
Once you have obtained a serial number, enter your name and the serial number exactly as supplied (both entries are case-sensitive) in the registration tool provided in the FTP zip file.
Please read the following license agreement carefully. It will be necessary for you to agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement before registering the control.
This License Agreement (hereafter "LICENSE") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and DevPower Solutions ("DEVPOWER"), for the DevPower FTP ActiveX Control software package ("SOFTWARE").
By registering for a serial number, you agree to be bound by the terms of this LICENSE. If you do not agree to the terms of this LICENSE, please do not apply for a serial number - you may however continue to use the freeware version.
The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws, as well as other intellectual property laws. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.
Finally, should any term of these terms and conditions be declared void or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such declaration shall have no effect on the remaining terms.
