The NewsTicker ActiveX Control allows you to keep people up to date
with latest news in your web site or application. The control allows
full control over appearence and behaviour, with properties for
background picture, background / highlight / click color, font, etc.
Version 2.0 brought the ability to have horizontal tickers, new properties
to allow embedding of URLs.
Version 2.1 brings some enhancements for using a remote caption file.
A new event AllItemsShowed informs you when all the items in
a file have been displayed - at this point you could load a new file
or reload the file to get any changes with the new ReloadCaption()
method.
